We understand that each individual is unique. We are dedicated, experienced, and prepared to cater to each residents’ necessities and requirements. We believe in being dedicated and focused on providing each resident, with as much aid as they require and desire. Aside from our “state of the art” response system, that is staffed 24 hours a day, our staff are always on hand to assist with a variety of resident’s requests. It is our goal that each resident feels confident and comfortable in knowing that all their needs are being looked after. Including, but not limited to, regular assessments and coordination of additional services ranging from homecare to physician and dental visits.

You can rest assured that at Hazelton Place, we will develop and implement a custom tailored program for each individual who requires such, and will ensure their needs and changing requirements are taken care of. We are fortunate to have such wonderful Health Care Professionals who will provide on site visits.
