Our Roof Top Greening offers the following:

1. Environmentally friendly. To the city of Toronto it donates free oxygen and absorbs toxins.
2. Developed with a state of the art irrigation system to make use of extra rain falls, no need for watering.
3. Insulates by absorbing heat and reflecting cold.
4. Absorbs heat for residents on the west side of building, saving energy costs.
5. Visually more pleasing for residents.

Other Green Initiatives:

• We provide blue boxes on each floor for residents to place their recyclables into.
• We no longer supply plastic water bottles for drinking water.
• Incandescent light bulbs have been replaced with compact florescent and high efficiency ballasts.
• Our outdoor lighting and signage are on timers and photo cells.
• We use calcium instead of salt for snow and ice removal.
